Setup starting at 9:00am, Gaming begins at 10:00am. Gaming Ends at Midnight.
Where: Squires Student Center. Old Dominion Ball Room.
Cost: Free. Please RSVP (use link at the bottom) (Donations toward equipment and games to run are accepted though.)

Food: No food provided. (See above statement about how this is free event.) However, there will be a place provided to have munchies and such. (so that there is no risk of the guy next to you spilling his drink on your rig)

Possibly a few more.
This is a NO ALCOHOL event. We are being graciously provided space/table/chairs/power/etc by the university. Part of this means we are a dry event. (I will hold another possibly during the summer at another location that will be a more open event to that sort of thing.)
